WW Cake "Sundae"
Serves 1, 3.5 points per serving
2 WW chocolate 1 pt cakes
1/4 c. fat-free Cool Whip
1 T chocolate syrup
Put the cakes in a bowl and microwave for just a few seconds, until warm. Top with the
fat-free Cool Whip, then drizzle with the tablespoon of chocolate syrup. I like to sprinkle
this with a little cinnamon. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! Only 3.5 points and it tastes so
decadent. Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie
Serves 1, 3 points per serving
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
5 packets of Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla.
Whip in a blender and enjoy. Three points and it tastes like a milkshake!
